Tourism Lac du Der

LE LAC DU DER NATURE

A landscape of hedged farmland, the Pays du Der is covered by an immense wooded area of 5,000 hectares, the majority of which is oak. The Celtic name for this thousand-year-old tree, "Dervos", is the origin of the name of the Lac du Der region. In the area around the lake, nature is still at its best! The villages bordering the lake reveal to visitors splendid parks and gardens.
Take a look around Joinville and discover its Château du Grand Jardin, or Haussignémont, a charming village decorated with 4 flowers.

LAC DU DER NAUTICAL

Coming to Lac du Der means above all taking advantage of all that this natural aquatic area has to offer. Swimming, of course, with its 6 beaches for young and old alike, but also boat trips or motorboat races, not forgetting the inevitable fishing. Along the 77km of shoreline, numerous clubs and service providers are waiting to offer you a wide range of services.
The comfort and safety of tourists remains our top priority. That's why swimming is supervised throughout the summer and the water is regularly tested.

LA REGION DU DER

At the heart of the Champagne region, Le Lac du Der is surrounded by unmissable tourist attractions.
